Employment: IT Help Desk Technician

We are currently seeking a highly qualified, motivated person to join our team as a full-time IT Help Desk Technician. Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Respond to customer service tickets and to alerts monitor dashboard
  • Support Office 365 and Google G-Suite domains
  • Install, configure, and update various software packages including the Office suite
  • Troubleshoot network and/or local printer problems
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Use of Active Directory to create and manage domain users

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes
  • Demonstrate effective written, verbal, and technical communication skills
